Hi! It is March & this is my 1st post of the Year. 2013 has been very good for me (so far)! What did I do right? Cos I don't believe I deserve it. I thank god everyday for giving me all these, can't be thankful enough :)
Was just looking thru my album & there's so many photos I haven't post. Screw it I'm never gonna be able to catch up w time. But I needa post this one cos.... it's my beloved cousin's wedding solemnization!
Oasia Hotel, 28th Sept 2012
Kyler wearing the shoes I bought for his 1st bdae. Damn children's shoes are so expensive nowadays. This is one of the rare times he allow me to carry him.
The solemnization was held at Oasia Hotel & the theme was light shades of blue, green & purple.
Cousin & cousin-in-law Joanne. They've recently just celebrated their 2 yr anni!
This is their son w my lil cousin. So weird his smile -.-
Touching moment :')
Both of them have been dating since forever. From when I'm old enough to remember, Kai only has one gf, or at least only officially brought one home & is now marrying. When Felicia was reading her handwritten note, her vows.. she started sobbing in between words. And that made me cry too. So touching. And Kaiguo as always, so cool & nonchalant. Male chauvinist.
I wonder if it's a guy thing? I definitely would want my future husband to say his vows with all his heart & sincerity. Every groom has the right to be emotional & let their feelings flow on this important once-in-a-lifetime day.
Alot of photos but I'll just put photos of the 2 families. Doesn't this photo look so sweet & joyful? Especially the 2 lovebirds :) Now I gotta clarify I DID dress according to theme. But as it turns out most people wear blue. Still look in place though... kinda.

Whoa the weather is freakingggggg hot! I can still remember how hot it is. For some reason they had to move the event earlier by 2 hrs (supposed to be at about 3pm I think), so that means we have to eat lunch under the swealtering sun. No joke. I was perspiring like mad even with small, feline-like, graceful movements (LOL). My nubra was threatening to slide off cos the sweat wears off the glue!! Damn I had to excuse myself to the toilet every 2 minutes.
Even the utensils were scorching! I'm not exaggerating I picked up a knife & immediately drop it like it's a pot of boiling water. But we quickly found a spot indoors & move the tables & chairs there. Poor brothers of the groom have to sit on the long table you see in the picture above. They say it's like eating in a sauna hahaha!
Not bad there's a huge variety of food, & all is good. Well it better be for $75/pax.
With heels, Felicia looks about the same height as my cousin. But see her hair stylist is cunning. That huge bun sure added lots to her height!
The aunts... all in matching greens :)
All the photos they're so sweet :) I wish them a long, everlasting & blissful marriage :)
